What is happening with the packages for Version 10?

A.

Most of the Drawer, Hinge and Handle packages required updating for Version 9/10. We have completed most of these. Packages that are updated for 9 also work in 10.

How do I get the package updates for Version 9 if I already have the Version 8 package?

A.

Once the update for Version 9 or 10 is available, you will need to email us to organize for it to be sent to you.

We will then send you a PayPal money request or invoice for the upgrade cost, and once paid, the new package will be sent to you.

How much do the package updates for cost?

A.

Please refer to the price list above, which shows the update cost, next to the purchase price, for each package.

What Level of Cabinet Vision are your packages for?

Our packages require Solid Advanced or Ultimate.

What Versions of Cabinet Vision are your packages for?

A.

Each package has its available versions listed in the shop page. Mostly they are for Version 8 and 9 or later. If you have Version 7R2 still, most of the version 8 packages will also work for you, if shown for that item. For Version 9 you must have build 165 or later. Version 9 packages will work in version 10.

What Versions of Cabinet Vision do you develop new packages in?

A.

We write all our new packages in Version 8 and Version 9 if required. In the near future we will stop developing new packages in version 8, and only develop in version 9. The version 9 packages will also work in version 10.

Do you have any of your packages available for Version 5 or 6?

A.

Yes some packages have a version 5 or 6 older package available (contact Us) we no longer update those packages with new additions or revisions.

Also no new packages will be made available for versions prior to version 8.

Once I have downloaded my file after purchasing it, how do I install it?

A.

After I have imported more than one of your packages, does the order of the UCS’s matter?

A.

Most of the UCS's can be in any order however there are some which do matter:

The "{ SHELVES } -- Shapes" UCS MUST be before the shelf hole editing UCS's

The "{ DRAWS } -- Front Cam" UCS MUST be the first drawer UCS.

The "{ PARTS } -- Adjustments" should be toward the top of your UCS's

The "{ PAINTED PARTS } -- Adds Paint Attributes " MUST be near the top of your UCS's

The "{ CNR90 } --" UCS's should also be toward the top of the UCS's

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit and debit cards for your convenience.

Can I return an item?

A.

Once a Solid Setup package is purchased and downloaded is not refundable as it is not a physically returnable product.

Should the package not perform as advertised and all attempts to rectify a solution by allowing Solid Setup to login remotely in AU.EST office hours to your computer that has the required version and build of Cabinet Vision correctly installed, a credit can be arranged for a future purchase or a a package/s equalling same  amount can be emailed to you.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Once payment is confirmed your order will be available to download immediately.

Do I need an account and what are the benefits?

It's not required to create an account. But, having an account provides easier checkout, the ability to create and send a wishlist, and a customized shopping experience.
